Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and seals intact
• Brass, copper and idol products are returnable only if damaged in transit
• Pooja samagri, diyas, consumables and customised items are not returnable for hygiene reasons

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
